In 2010 the one shoulder prom dress is one of the hottest looks. It a very alluring style that shows just the right amount of skin in all the right places, yet at the same time its classy and elegant. On the red carpet the one shoulder look has been worn on celebrities and stars alike. Everyone - from teen stars Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, & Demi Levato - to sophisticated red carpet celebs like Jessica Biel, Katherine Heigl and Carrie Underwood.
