Shipping & Payment Options-
We currently ship using UPS and USPS. We would be happy to use another carrier upon request. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all dress purchases over $250
Queenschoice.com accepts Visa & Master Card. If you would like to pay by check, you can email or call us to work out the details. Your card is not charged or validated at the time of purchase, we do this after we check stock and can ensure it will be delivered to you in a very timely manner.
If you need faster delivery or something shipped overnight we can accommodate you, but ask that you email or call the store to ensure & confirm that your order will arrive by the wear date.
Returns & Exchanges-
Due to the nature of our product, we do not except returns or refunds. When purchasing a dress please refer to the size charts and be sure to order the correct size and color. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email anytime and we would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about a gown or accessory.
When ordering shoes, we ask that you refer to other evening shoes that you may already own to confirm the size before ordering. We do however try to accommodate you in every way and will accept exchanges for the exact same shoe in another size as long as you do the following: 1) Contact us within 3 days of receiving your shoes 2) Ask for an RA number, which should be written on the outside of the package before mailing back 3) Understand that you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges. Orders that are returned without an RA # or consent from The Queen's Choice will not be accepted or replaced. NO EXCHANGE on custom rhinestone shoes orders. These shoes are designed individually for each customer and will not be duplicated in another size.
Wear Date -
In the process of placing your order you will be asked when your wear date is. This is the date of your event! It is our policy at The Queens Choice that we will not proceed with your order if we cannot deliver your dress 14 days prior to your wear date, allowing significant time for alterations if necessary. Often times, as the customer, you are willing to run closer to your wear date in order to get the dress you love. If that is the case, and we can get your dress to you before the wear date but with less than our usual 14 day allowance mentioned above, you will be contacted to make that decision and we will proceed from there.After placing a dress order on QueensChoice.com you will notified of the expected ship date. As your date gets closer we will follow up to get you the precise information about shipping and provide tracking information when available. If at any time you would like to follow up or check on the status of your order we encourage you to contact Jenny at queenschoice@hotmail.com
Availability -
Availability can change daily as prom season hits its peak. Make your selection early if possible. We have a large inventory of prom dresses that is continually replenished throughout the year.
Size -
Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can't let it out if your order too small. If your measurements are on the border it is usually wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit. Please don't hesitate to email or call The Queen's Choice if you have any size questions.
How to measure-
- Bust: have someone measure the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: have someone measure your natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.
